中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第三次全体会议于7月15日至18日在北京召开。围绕此次三中全会涉及的热点议题，比利时前驻华大使、欧盟中国联合创新中心联合发起人帕特里克·奈斯(Patrick Nijs)接受中新网采访时说：“我认为，中国的绿色生活方式正在兴起。”

　　奈斯表示，中国在绿色能源产业方面做出了许多贡献，并取得了行业引领性的地位。在绿色发展议题下，欧洲和中国如何合作共赢，迫在眉睫。

　　“在很多领域，中国拥有世界上最顶尖的人才。”奈斯认为，尽管中国政府在生态文明建设的过程中面临诸多挑战，但只要坚持不懈地实践，就能实现目标。

　　“中国承诺力争2030年前二氧化碳排放达到峰值，2060年前实现碳中和，这是由中国自主决定的。”在碳排放议题上，奈斯表达了对中国的认可“我认为，中国将在该领域获得引领性的地位。” (黄方 摄像 何显津)

　　The 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China convened its third plenary session in Beijing from July 15 to 18. 

　　Around the topics addressed at the third plenary session, Patrick Nijs, former Belgian Ambassador to China and co-founder of the EU-China Joint Innovation Center, said in a recent interview with China News Network, "I think the green lifestyle in China is coming up."

　　"China has the best brains in the world in many ways," Nijs believed. Despite the challenges in building an ecological civilization, he asserted that with persistent efforts, the goals can be achieved.
